  1. First put water in poha and let it dry
  2. Put one spoon oil in kadhai
  3. Put rai & garlic paste
  4. Put two 2 three table spoon maida in it
  5. Take out of heat
  6. Put in one bowl,in that bowl put boil potatoes,poha,peanuts & masalas(haldi,mirchi,garam masala) mix well
  7. Make tikki from that
  8. It is upto ur choice to fry or make pattice,or bread roll
