Plum Punch recipe - How to make Plum Punch

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

10 plums
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp chopped cherries
1 tbsp grated apple
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
3 tbsp chopped watermelon (tarbuj)

For The Garnish
chopped pineapple
  1. Wash plums, in a bowl pressure cook plums and sugar for 4 whistles.
  2. Cool it at room temperature.
  3. Sieve the mixture so that nice pulp is extracted.
  4. In another bowl, mix plum pulp, lemon juice, black salt,
  5. cumin seeds powder, cherry,salt, watermelon cubes, add water half glass, blend it to get a smooth puree.
  6. Serve in a glass with ice cubes, grated apple and pineapple pieces.
