For pizza dough:
1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp fresh yeast
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste

For the filling:
2 tsp oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 small sized tomato, chopped
100 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
6 baby corns, chopped
1 medium capsicum red and green each
a few jalapeno peppers
4 green olives, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
salt to taste
little dried oregano
For pizza dough

    For pizza dough
  1. Make a soft dough by mixing all the ingrediants with little water
  2. Keep aside for 15 minutes for fermantation

For the filling

  1. Heat oil in a tava
  2. Add onion and cook for a while
  3. Add garlic paste and continue cooking
  4. Add tomato after a minut and saute till the water from tomato evaporates
  5. Now add paneer, capsicums, olives,babycorns,jalapenos and cook for another 2/3 minutes
  6. Finally add cheese,chilly powder, oregano and salt and put off the gas
  7. Keep aside to cool

  1. Now take the pizza dough and make 10 equal part of it
  2. Roll out one part in 8" round roti
  3. Cut all four sides of roti and make a square
  4. Put 11/2 spoon from the filling in centre and join all four sides to make an envelope
  5. Use a little water to join the edges(if required)
  6. Repeat as above to make another nine envelopes
  7. Now arrange all the envelopes in a greased baking tray and apply a little butter over them with the help of brush
  8. Now put the tray in pre-heated oven for 12/15 minutes at 180" cs
  9. Remove from oven and serve hot.
