Pineapple vermicelli halwa, easy and tasty pineapple flavoured halwa.
Method- Heat the ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and saute till it turns golden brown. Keep aside.
- Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan, add the fried vermicelli, pistachios and saffron strands, mix well and cook until the vermicelli turns soft.
- Add the sugar, pineapple pulp and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Serve hot or chilled.
