Pineapple Lassi is a nice variation to the popular and traditional yogurt-based drink (sweet or salted)which originated in the Punjab region of the Indian subcontinent . It is made by blending yoghurt with fresh pineapple juice or pulp and sugar to prepare a sweet creamy lip smacking pineapple Lassi.

1 fresh pineapple , peeled and diced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain curds (dahi)
1 cup ice cubes
mint leaves (phudina)

  1. Blend all ingredients except mint leaves, in a blender till smooth. pour into chilled glasses and garnish on top with mint leaves and serve immediately
