A subtly flavoured Pineapple kesari is a sweet dish recipe with fresh pineapples. The goodness of pineapple gets incorporated into this unique dessert recipe which is prepared just like sheer but with pineapples.

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. In the meantime heat up a kadai in medium flame. 3.pour the ghee.
  3. Add cashewnuts, when they become golden, add raisins.
  4. Now add the suji. 6.fry everything together continuously till suji becomes light brown.
  5. Add the cut pineapples. 8.simmer and add the boiling water to the kadai.
  6. Suji & pineapple get cooked.
  7. Add kesarcolour and sugar.
  8. Keep on mixing in medium flame.
  9. You can add the saffron and cardamom powder now.
  10. When the kesari starts leaving the sides of the kadai, transfer it into a serving
  11. Bowl.
  12. Consistency should be that of halwa.
  13. Garnish with pistas and badam.
  14. Serve hot or cold.
