A fibre laden drink made with pineapple and celery, pepped up by a touch of black salt is a perfect drink to prevent and overcome constipation.
Main Procedure- Combine the pineapple and celery with 2 cups of water and liquidise till it becomes a purée.
- Add the black salt and mix well.
