Phoolgobhi Aur Mutter ki Curry recipe - How to make Phoolgobhi Aur Mutter ki Curry

  1. Combine 2 tbsp of oil and the cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same bowl, combine the green peas with 2 tbsp of water and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. In another microwave safe bowl, add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil, the bay leaves and the prepared paste and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato puree, curds, cauliflower, green peas, sugar, 1/2 cup of water and salt and microwave on high for a further 4 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  6. Serve hot.
