250 gms grated mava (khoya)
1 ltr milk
500 gms sugar
1/2 cup rice (chawal) paste
  1. Boil the milk in a deep pan and add the rice paste, mix well and cook till milk becomes thick,
  2. Add the khoya, mix well and add the sugar and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame and keep to chill.
  4. Serve chilled.
