The pepper (black pepper corns) and ginger kashayam are natural home remedies for relief from cough and cold. It also helps in digestion and is quite easy to prepare.

Method


  1. Keep a kadai on stove.
  2. Roast pepper seeds till it pops.
  3. Add sugar and stir it for a while.
  4. Then add tulsi leaves.
  5. Stir it for a minute.
  6. Add water & allow it to boil till it becomes half.
  7. Filter & serve.
  8. It's a good remedy for cold & cough.
  9. Nb:it is advisable to inhale the fumes while roasting pepper. this will relieve you from nose blockage.
