Pepper-garlic Gravy

This pepper-garlic gravy is a wonderful remedy for cold, cough and sore throat.
- First, in 2 tbsps oil, roast all the ingredients for grinding to golden colour, and grind to a paste.
- Add to the strained tamarind juice, add salt, and allow to boil till it reduces to half and the raw flavour goes off.
- In the remaining oil, season mustard seeds and add.
- Serve hot with rice and a dash of ghee.papad is a fantastic accompaniment too...
