Paneer and Black Raisins Chaat recipe - How to make Paneer and Black Raisins Chaat

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4Makes 4 servings

1/4 cup soaked black raisins
1/4 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup chopped sweet lime (mosambi)
1/4 cup cooked macaroni
2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds powder
1 tsp lemon juice

To Be Mixed Into A Dry Masala Powder
salt to taste
rock salt to taste
roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
chilli powder to taste

For The Garnish
1/4 cup salted popcorn
  1. Soak the black raisins in water and soften them by boiling for a minute or microwave on high for a minute.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with popcorns.
