Palak Bread Kabab recipe - How to make Palak Bread Kabab

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 10 kebabs

10 to 12 spinach (palak) , chopped
5 to 7 slices of bread , soaked and mashed
1 cheese cube, grated
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
oil for cooking
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape them into small round flat kebabs.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry till they turn crisp.
  4. Serve hot with sauce.
