  1. Heat the til oil in a kadhai and add the mustard sees, hing and fenugreek powder
  2. After the mustard crackles, add the orange peel and cook for a 1 min or 2.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and tamrind pulp and cook till the oil separates on top.
  4. Store in a clean and dry bottle.
