It's quick, not a lot of mess.
it taste very good, very healthy because there is no oil or butter.
- Break eggs in the bowl.
- Add salt and pepper.
- If you like then add onions, tomatoes, green chili, and little bit of garlic powder.
- Don''t want to add a lot of garlic powder, because of salt.
- And wisk, then put it in microwave for about 2-3 mins.
