Oats Sandwich recipe - How to make Oats Sandwich



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 to 4 sandwiches

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the oats and saute till the colour changes to pink. Remove and keep aside to cool.
  2. Combine the curds, oats, carrots, capsicum, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, cumin seeds and coriander and mix well.
  3. Cut and remove the sides of the bread slices.
  4. Apply a thin layer of butter on each bread slice and spread a spoonful of this mixture on one slice.
  5. Cover it with another buttered bread slice and press it a little.
  6. Repeat the steps to make more sandwiches.
  7. Heat a tava and cook the sandwiches till they turn golden brown in colour.
  8. Serve hot.
