  1. Melt butter
  2. Add spring onions and soften.
  3. Remove from stove. cool.
  4. Add powdered walnut and salt
  5. Take slices of white bread.
  6. Apply mustard paste on each slice.
  7. Then put walnut mixture on top
  8. Take brown bread slices and apply cheese spread on each slice.
  9. Cover the white slices with the brown slices.
  10. Cut accordingly.
