  1. First mix kabuli chana, kashmiri rajma, chitrewali rajma, kale chane and lobia. also add gherkins, black olives & pickled onions.
  2. Now add green, yellow & red capsicum
  3. To prepare dressing, put lemon juice in oil, also add white pepper powder. add salt, parseley and beat it and pour it over the salad and mix it.
  4. Place the salad in a serving bowl. finally garnish with grated raddish and chopped parseley.
