  1. Combine the besan and cornfour in a bowl, add enough water and mix well till no lumps remain and the batter is of thin consistency.
  2. Whisk the batter for 4-5 minutes so that it becomes softer. Add salt, chilli powder, green chillies, ginger, mushrooms, cabbage and noodles in the mixture and mix all ingredients well.
  3. /heat the oil in a pan, drop some mixture and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp form both the sides.
  4. Serve noodles pakora’s with tomato sauce or green chutney.
