Noodles Bread Pakoda Burger recipe - How to make Noodles Bread Pakoda Burger

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4Makes 4 serving

8 bread slices , cut in circles using cookie cutter
2 cups besan (bengal gram flour)
2 packets maggi noodles , cooked
8 cheese slices
1 cup mayonnaise
8 tomato slices
8 cucumber slices
4 lettuce
salt to taste
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chat masala
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
oil for frying
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  1. Combine the besan, salt, red chilli powder, chopped coriander and water and mix well to make a smooth batte.
  2. Heat oil in a flat bottem kadhai.
  3. Dip the bread slices in the besan batter and fry them in the hot oil, drain and keep aside to cool.
  4. Put some maggi noodles in a circular bowl. Place another empty bowl over it so that it is compressed.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and slowly slide the circular compressed maggi on it. Fry it till crisp from both the side. Be carefull while doing this.
  6. Repeat step 4 and 5 to make 3 more noodle discs.

  1. Place the bread pakoda on a clean dry surface, spread some tomato sauce and mayonaisse evenly over it.
  2. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato.
  3. Top it with the noodle disc, a cucumber slice and a cheese slice.
  4. Sprinkle little black pepper and chat masala over it and cover it with another bread pakoda.
  5. Repeat step 1 to 4 to make 3 more pakoda burgers.
  6. Serve immediately.
