This has a nice, sour, sweet, chilly flavour, if
cucumber is not available then u may have to do
it with just mixing a little cream with the colour
and make a design if time permits

4 slices of bread
Mint Chutney
carrot and Green Chutney
fresh cream
blue food colour
one slice of cucumber cut into a shape like a whee

  1. First prepare the mint chutney.
  2. A handful of fresh mint leaves
  3. One small piece of garlic
  4. Green chilly 2 nos
  5. Tamarind paste 1/2 tspn
  6. Salt
  7. 2 tspn of fresh coconut
  8. Grind all this together and keep aside.
  9. Then prepare the carrot chutney, this
  10. Can be a little sweet.
  11. Grated carrots 2 nos
  12. Coconut 2 tspns
  13. Red chillies dry 1 or 2
  14. Garlic a piece
  15. Sugar 1 tspn
  16. Grind all this together to get
  17. A nice smooth thick paste.
  18. Now u trim the edges of the sandwich
  19. Slices and keep aside.
  20. Keep all the chutneys ready as well
  21. Now on one slice of bread spread out the
  22. Mint chutney, pl. be liberal
  23. Then on another slice the carrot chutney
  24. And for the middle u spread mayonisse
  25. Or cream for the veg.
  26. Now arrange it one on top of the other just like
  27. The national flag and just for the garnish
  28. U put a slice of cucumber cut into the
  29. Shape of a chakra and dip it in food colour (blue)
  30. And place it right in the front of the sandwiches
  31. After cutting them. so this could be
  32. Fun making and the team spirit be there always
