Namakpare recipe - How to make Namakpare

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 to 2 plates

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a smooth dough.
  2. Make medium sized balls and roll in to flat thin circles.
  3. Using a knife, cut ½ inch pattis.
  4. Heat the oil and deep fry the pattis till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot or cool and store in an air-tight container.
