Method


  1. Mix all the ingredients together to a pouring consistency.
  2. Leave for 20min.
  3. Then heat oil in a wok.
  4. Put each full spoon of batter in round shapes.
  5. Fry till golden brown.
  6. Srve with coconut chutney.
