These Kachoris are to die for... im sure everyone goes through that phase of heart burn and acidity after eating those ready made kachoris... and if that fear has refrained you from enjoying this mouthwatering delicacy... then i STRONGLY RECOMMEND you to try these... light and pleasantly flavored... these kachoris will leave you lip licking...

Paneer Pistachio Rolls
Reviewed April 16, 2014by Foodsie

An exciting variation for a quick and easy to make dessert, the gooey texture in the center from the paneer and the crunchy coating of the pistachio made these rolls even more palatable... only one suggestion- please use fresh paneer to experience the recipe to its best .

Jain Pav Bhaji ( Mumbai Roadside Recipes )

Very interesting... and very different... usually pav bhaji consists of potatoes and in Jain recipes raw banana is used, however even though its missing from this recipe, it still tastes amazing. Light and flavorful.

Cucumber Salad
Reviewed April 07, 2014by Foodsie

i made this recipe as it looked and sounded very interesting... and i love soya sauce... so i decided to make it... however i added brown sugar instead of the sugar substitute as i didn't have any...also i added a few drops of sesame oil just to give it that nutty Asian flavor... and trust me on this... the taste was divine... Happy cooking...

Cauliflower Roti
Reviewed April 07, 2014by Foodsie

I generally dislike bajra rotis... as i find them very dry... however i loved this recipe... as i guess the grated cauliflower, spring onion and the coriander added moisture to these rotis... surprisingly with not even 1 drop of oil they still tasted great... and yes please roll them as soon as you knead the dough as it tends to leave water making it difficult to roll...

Paneer and Vegetable Parathas ( Baby and Toddler Recipe)
Reviewed April 07, 2014by Foodsie

My sister in law has a very low spice tolerance and also she is a great health freak... therefore she loves to eat vegetables in abundance... so I made her these parathas... however with very little ghee... she loved it... so I guess this is a recipe for toddlers as well as we grown ups... well if you like the spice just add a few chopped green chillies..

Coorgi Roti

I generally make rice rotis with rice flour and water... but this recipe was different... and interesting... i wonder what but maybe the cooked rice added to the softness of the rotis... they even puffed up very well... I served them with veg stew... was a great combination...

Cornflake Cookies

Now that is how a Cookie Crumbles.... A great crunchy texture from the cornflakes, these simple cookies were fun to make and were wiped out in minutes... a great treat for kids who always fuss about finishing their glass of milk...

Kashmiri Roti
Reviewed April 07, 2014by Foodsie

A great combination of flavors... it surely is a rich version of roti... but I used low-fat milk and it worked pretty well... next time i plan to try it by following your other recipe (kashmiri rotis) in which you roast and ground the spices and then use... I served this roti with the Rajasthani dal...and it was a treat...

Sweet Potato Puranpoli
Reviewed April 06, 2014by Foodsie

No doubt they don't taste like our regular puranpolis although the texture and the sweetness is so close to the regular puranpoli... that you wont miss the experience... and not to forget that these puranpolis wont leave you feeling guilty, even if you have that one extra poli ..!!!
