Love this simple n fast recipe... I tweaked the process ( moms the way) a little n started by roasting the vermicili and keeping it aside . Then worked on the tadka n added some peas to the tadka, followed by water to cook it. When the water stared to boil I added the roasted vermicili to it n cooked it together. The rest of the noshing was as mentioned.. Loved it !
