Boiled sprouts with tomatoes and onions served with chilled curds is a winner. Healthy and easy to make as you can buy a packet of mixed sprouts from the super market.

Panner, broccoli and baby corn cooked in a soya sauce and orange juice gravy. So you have this lovely sour and sweet taste mixed in with the crunchy peanuts and the lovely aroma of sesame.

Very healthy kala chana dish and good source of protein. The tamrind water lends a lovely flavor to the gravy and jaggery adds the sweetness.

Water Chestnuts, i just love them and they tend to absorb almost any sauce you put on them. This taste good with schezuan sauce or you can cook them in garlic and they taste fab.

Rich and tasty pancakes with a rich mango filling. Love the aroma of coconut milk and the caramelised sugar on top of the pancakes. Great dessert to have.
