Nice healthy recipe. The only thing i didnt like was that the dhoklas were slightly sticky. Maybe i need to adjust the sanwa millet.

Baking time varies with oven. So be very careful or the puris will burn.. They are little hard. Good substitute for the fried version.

Easy recipe. I modified it and made dhoklas right after grinding the dal. Only added soda, did not add baking powder. You can also add spinach or cilantro in place of methi or add all 3 greens to make it more healthy.

Very healthy recipe. I dont add onions. This helps make very thin and crisp dosa.

This is a very nice eggless cake recipe. I use it for layered cakes or even cupcakes. Reduce the baking time for cupcakes. I add either chocolate chips or raisins to the recipe.

This recipe is very good, expecially if you are trying to avoid white rice. I did not add cloves and peppercorns. Turned out great..
