My kids loved the combo of dates, almonds and desiccated coconut. The best part is that they did not know it was dates and this is way healthier than giving a dessert of only plain flour and butter.

Excellent healthy salad. Toss in your favorite fruits and cut the olive oil by half to make it healthier. Grapes and oranges go very well with the citrus dressing.
