About Me
Im by profession a Pastry Chef, with about 13 yrs,of great work experience, with great knowledge gained from the mother of all Taj Group's of Hotel's.I was with them for a very short period but worked in most of the Southern units Luckily!!!( Taj Group's of Hotel-Taj Residency, Gateway, West-End, Taj Cake Shop,Commercial St, B'lore, Taj Malabar-Cochin,Taj Banjara - Hyd, Taj Fisherman's Cove - Chennai,etc,.)
I'am also well traveled person, worked with great groups of the world & gained knowledge in World Cuisine.But was always fascinated with Art & Designs, which led me to take up Confectionery & ended up being a Pastry Chef, making Designer cakes is one of my passion,so I do my job with creativity in my mind.
