You could add 2 teaspoonfuls of honey and crushed cardamon seeds while blending. you could use greenish melon also which gives a green colour to the drink. store in refrigerator till served. this drink should be consumed the same day.

1 medium sized ripe muskmelon (kharbooja)
1 lemon, cut into half
2 to 4 tsp sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
1 glass of water
a pinch of salt
crushed ice (optional)

  1. Remove the skin of melon. cut in to pieces
  2. Remove the seeds.
  3. Retain few pieces for garnish.
  4. Blend the melon pieces along with sugar,water, pinch of salt and crushed ice in juicer or liquidiser. s
  5. Queeze in lemon and if necessary add sugar and more water. blend again. pour into glasses to serve. garnish with melon pieces and serve.
