Mushroom and Pepper Salad recipe - How to make Mushroom and Pepper Salad

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
200 gms mushrooms (khumbh) , halved
200 gms sliced redandyellow capsicum
50 gms cashewnuts (kaju)
2 cloves (laung / lavang)
3 spring onions , sliced
  1. Combine the soya sauce, orange juice and honey in a small bowl and mix well. Keep refrigerated till used.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
  3. Add the red and yellow capsicums, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms and saute for more 3 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper, mix well and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cashews and the soya-orange juice mixture and toss well.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with spring onions.
