Mung daal tikia recipe - How to make Mung daal tikia
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
soaked mung daal-1/2 cup,
boiled mashed potato 1cup,
chopped inion 4tbsp,
green chilli chopped1 tsp,
bhujia,
chopeed corriander leaves,
salt to tastecurd 1/2 cup,
dhania patta chatney,
khata mitha chatney,
black salt,
tomato sauce,
chilli sauce,
sweet chilli sauce(opt),
- Grind the mung daal without water..if need add little water...then in a pan take it & add salt & on high heat saute it till the water will dry (it will look like dough),then take the mashed potato & stuff the daal(like stuffing in aloo paratha)...then u can deep fry them or shallow fry it till crispy.then on serving plate take this tikia, add curd,
