Ingredients


For The Batter
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/4 cup peeled and grated potatoes
1 tbsp coarsely crushed peanuts
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Together For The Topping
1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts (red chana , chawli , moong , rajma etc.)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
oil for greasing and cooking

Method

For the batter

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep blow along with ¾ cup of water and mix well to get a batter of dropping consistency. Keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Heat a non-stick mini uttapa pan and grease it with little oil.
  2. When hot, pour a spoonful of batter and spread it evenly.
  3. Spread a 1 tsp of the topping evenly over each pancake and press it lightly, so the topping sticks well to the pancakes.
  4. Cook using a little oil till both the sides turn golden brown in colour.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter and topping to make 7 more pancakes.
  6. Serve immediately.
