Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add water as required to make thick and sticky batter
  3. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Drop spoonful of batter in hot oil and deep fry until they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbant paper.
  6. Serve hot with a Spicy tomato Salsa or with green chutney.
