Mixed Flour and Mixed Green Puri

This mixed greens puri is healthy because it is made with leafy vegetables. This twist of green leafy vegetables and mixed flours,spices makes this puri more delicious. Kids will love this puri when served hot!
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl,add enough water and knead into medium stiff dough.
- Keep aside for 10-15 minutes and make small lemon sized balls and roll them into 2 to 3" puris.
- Heat the oil into kadhai and deep fry the puris until light brown in colour.
- Serve hot with any chutney,pickle or ketchup.
