Minty Curd Dip recipe - How to make Minty Curd Dip

1 1/2 cups hung curds (dahi)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp rock salt
3/4 tsp honey ( optional)
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped or crushed mint leaves (phudina)
a pinch of red chilli powder ( for color)
  1. Whisk hung curd to get a smooth consistency. Mix all other ingredients.
  2. Pour in a small server and sprinkle a little red chilli powder to add color.
  3. garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and voila! its done!


  1. You may use crushed dry mint leaves if fresh are not available.
