The all time favourite onion bhajias are now prepared with mint sprigs in this crispy fried Minted onion bhajias. Enjoy the mint flavoured onion fritters with ketchup.
- Put the gram flour into a bowl mix in the spices,stir in he yogurt,water and sliced onion mix well.
- Heat oil drop heaped spoon of the mixture, a few at a time into hot oil.
- Fry bhajis until rich and golden.drain on absorbant towels.serve hot or warm.
