  1. Put the gram flour into a bowl mix in the spices,stir in he yogurt,water and sliced onion mix well.
  2. Heat oil drop heaped spoon of the mixture, a few at a time into hot oil.
  3. Fry bhajis until rich and golden.drain on absorbant towels.serve hot or warm.
