Ingredients

2 to 3 tbsp butter
1/2 to 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1 onion, chopped
1 cup grated processed cheese
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
1 cup boiled tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 cup bread ¼ "x ¼" pieces
1/2 to 1 tbsp sugar
Method


  1. Spread a little butter on a pan and brown the bread pieces on slow flame
  2. Melt the butter in a separate pan
  3. Add chopped onion and green chilies till it turns brown
  4. Add cheese and cook on a very slow flame till the cheese melts (approx. 2 min.)
  5. Add the mixture i.e. bread, etc and warm it properly.
  6. Put the mixture in the oven at 1750 for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve with chili sauce
