A taste bud tickling Mexican corn recipe with an authentic Mexican cuisine flavours. The boiled corn are tossed with refried beans, salsa sauce and tomatoes and make for an amazing snack or salad recipe.
- Mix oil,onion,capsicum in a microwave proof bowl and microwave high uncovered for 2 mins.
- Then add ketchup,salt,corn chilli pwd mix well and again microwave for 2 mins
- Add oregano and garnish with corainder leaves.
