Ingredients
100 gms plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp ghee
salt to taste
sesame seeds (til) for garnishing
milk for binding dough
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and add tsp by tsp milk to bind medium soft dough.
  2. Keep in fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Take out and roll between 2 plastic sheets to a roti of medium thickness.
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the roti and roll with light hands.
  5. Cut with a cutter and arrange on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 150 C for 15 minutes or till crisp.
  6. Store in an air tight container after cooling.
