Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney or just plain. Without corn flour they can be eaten for upwas also.

Mawa Paneer Surprise recipe - How to make Mawa Paneer Surprise

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 15 cutlets

1 cup mashed paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup mashed mava (khoya)
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 cup cornflour
salt to taste
oil for cooking
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 15 equal portions and shape into very flat cutlets.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and cook each cutlet till they golden brown from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
