  1. Clean, wash and cut mushrooms in quarters.
  2. Peel onions and chop them finely.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick and chopped onions and sauté until light golden brown.
  5. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and cook for half a minute.
  6. Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt

Tarla Dalal    Thank you for your feedback, we shall correct the error. You can add mushrooms after you add the tomato puree.
