Mango Pearl Yummilicious

This Cooler is Really Different. The soft Pearl feel while sipping the Cooler and the most favourite of all –Mango and Coconut is great.
- Wash the sago 4-5 times in running water and soak in 1 1/2 cup water for 2-3 hours.
- In a deep pan, cook the sago till it turns translucent and soft. Add the sugar and cook, while stirring till sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except crushed ice and mix well. Put crushed ice in a glass and fill the glass with prepared Cooler. Put the Stirrer in the glass and serve immediately.
