Mango Pasta recipe - How to make Mango Pasta

2 cups chopped ripe mangoes
1 cup boiled penne pasta
1/2 cup orange segments
1/2 cup grapes
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp pomegranate
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1/4 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
1/2 cup roasted lotus seeds
1/2tsp red chilli flakes and basil leaves for garnishing
  1. Ina deep bowl, combine the mangoes with pasta and toss well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with chilli flakes and basil.
