3/4 kg ripe mangoes
2/3 cup cold milk
2 to 3 tsp orange squash or juice of 1 orange
3/4 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp gelatine
4 to 6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp orange peel and lime peel , grated
5 to 6 tbsp hot water

  1. Peel,stone and cut mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Puree in an electrical blender,adding sugar and milk.
  3. In the meantime soften gelatine in hot water.simmer stirring for a minute to dissolve.add grated peel and fruite juices and set it aside.
  4. Mix flavoured gelatine and mango puree and chill.when it starts to thicken beat and fold in most of the whipped cream.
  5. Pour in to a mould rinsed in icewater.
  6. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. When firm decorate with mango slices and the remaining cream.
