Mango Fondue recipe - How to make Mango Fondue

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup mango puree
1/2 cup cheese spread
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1 tbsp condensed milk

For The Garnish
cardamom (elaichi) powder
a few saffron (kesar) strands strands
  1. Add all the ingredients in a non-stick pan, one after the other and beat well to form a smooth flowing mixture.
  2. Cook till the mixture becomes thick, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with cardamom powder and saffron.
