250 ml milk
2 tbsp condensed milk
2 tsp cornflour , dissolved in 3 tbsp cold milk
3/4 cup mango pulp
2 tsp chopped agar-agar
1 tsp powdered cardamoms
1 tsp mango essence
a few saffron (kesar) strands strands for garnishing
vanilla ice-cream for serving
  1. Heat the milk in a deep pan, add the condensed milk abd mix well.
  2. Add the corn flour and milk mixture, mix well and cook while stirring well until spoon back get coated.
  3. Add the cardamom powder and mix well and remove from the flame.
  4. Add the china grass, mango pulp and essence and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour it into the container, garnish it with kesar strands and refrigerate for an hour or till set.
  6. Serve chilled.
