Ingredients

2 cups raw rice (chawal)
1/4 cup Steamed Rice
1 coconut along with coconut water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Method


  1. Grind coconut along with coconut water first in fine paste.
  2. Add raw rice to the coconut mix.
  3. Add cooked boiled rice.
  4. Mix it or blend it throughly .
  5. Add sugar and leave it over night.
  6. Before cooking add salt and sodium bicarbonate.
  7. Take a frying pan preferably made of iron ,pour the batter and leave it for 5 - 7 minutes in a low flame.
  8. Serve it with sweet milk or kurma
