Malai Kebabs recipe - How to make Malai Kebabs

4Makes 4 servings
Method- Take 4 skewers and thread, 2 paneer cubes, 2 pineapple slices, 1 red and 1 green capsicum squares and 2 button mushrooms, one after the other decoratively.
- Mix all the ingredients for the malai sauce and pour over the skewered vegetables, Keep aside for 5 mins.
- Roast in a tandoor or rotate under a hot grill basting with the oil and sauce frequently for 5-7 minutes or till the side look a little charred.
- Serve at once with a salad.
